Hi
My name is Alison Dearmer and I am a member of Blackwater Valley Rotary Club and have been now for 5 years !
Before I joined Rotary I was in Rotaract for more years than my fingers will let me count.
I held many club and district posts including President twice and District Chairman.
I have to say Rotaract changed my life for the better of course, not only have I made friends for life but had fun in helping the community. For that I can only say a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone I have met and will meet in the future due to my connections with the Rotary Family. 
I am now Secretary of our Rotary Club and going to be VP next year and President the following year !
P.S I think this Forum board is a great idea - lets keep Rotaract growing from strength to strength. Don't forget that life starts when you join Rotaract and continues when you join Rotary. Join in and have fun, fun and fun !  |
